SELF RECOVERY PROGRAM by Mo Hassoun MA CAADC LPC MAC

HOLISTIC WELLNESS  & OPTIMIZATION PROTOCOLS

〽️ Mission Statement

The Aim is to Guide our Private Members into Securing Self Refinement Systems to Become the Version they Needed the MOST at their Worst and Offer the NEW Optimized Version back to their Families and Communities.

Concierge Counseling Services Overview

The Concierge Counselor Program is a high-touch, relationship-based counseling experience designed for individuals who value privacy, depth, and personalized care. This program moves beyond traditional weekly therapy by offering ongoing access, tailored support, and real-world integration into the client’s personal and professional life.

This is counseling for people navigating high responsibility, complex relationships, leadership pressure, recovery, or major life transitions—and who require more than a one-size-fits-all approach.

What the Program Includes

 1. Personalized Therapeutic Strategy

Each client receives a customized counseling framework based on their history, goals, stressors, and environment. This may include emotional regulation, boundary work, relational repair, leadership stress management, identity reconstruction, or recovery-focused support. The approach evolves as the client evolves.

2. Priority Access & Direct Communication

Clients have direct, private access through a private smart application (on cell phone or desktop) to their counselor outside of standard sessions via secure messaging or scheduled check-ins. This allows for real-time guidance during moments of stress, decision-making, or emotional escalation—when support matters most.

3. Flexible Session Structure

Sessions are scheduled around the client’s life, not the other way around. Individual sessions are extended (60mins) , variable frequency, and remote or in-person formats when applicable. The cadence is adjusted based on intensity, not rigid calendars.

4. Real-World Application & Integration

Support extends beyond the session room. Clients receive guidance on applying insights to daily life—relationships, parenting, work dynamics, recovery routines, and personal discipline. This includes reflection tools, accountability structures, and situational coaching.

5. Discretion & Confidentiality

The program is built for individuals who require absolute discretion. All interactions are handled with elevated confidentiality standards, minimal administrative exposure, and a private, respectful process from intake through ongoing care.

6. Ongoing Assessment & Adjustment

Progress is reviewed regularly. Goals, strategies, and support levels are refined as the client stabilizes, grows, or enters new seasons of life. This ensures the work remains relevant, challenging, and aligned with the client’s long-term vision.

THE PROGRAM IS BUILT ON STOIC & ACT PRINCIPLES

#ACT  .   Acceptance and Commitment Therapy  is a type of psychotherapy that helps people develop psychological flexibility and adapt to life's challenges. ACT is based on the idea that people can't eliminate or suppress negative experiences, so instead they work  on building tolerance thresholds, endure hardship in the absence of self sabotage and cultivate gratitude and acceptance.

#STOIC   .   A Stoic  Mindset empowers and encourages people to focus on what they can control and accept what they cannot. This mindset leads to emotional resilience and inner strength, and helps people manage stress, setbacks, and uncertainties. Rather then prevent suffering, our aim is to promote personal development despite the obstacles.
